⚠️ Service & Drop-Off Terms & 30-Day Forfeiture Policy

By submitting this request or leaving equipment with us, you agree to the following:

  • Data backup: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss during diagnosis, repair, or service.
  • Diagnostics & estimates: Diagnostic fees may apply and are disclosed upfront. If you decline repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee remains due.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion before equipment is released. A deposit may be required for parts or high-value repairs.
  • Warranty: Most repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor we install. Exclusions apply (see full Terms).
  • 30-DAY FORFEITURE OF ABANDONED ITEMS: Any device, equipment, or item left with Impromptu Success that is not picked up within 30 calendar days of the date we notify you it is ready (or, if we cannot reach you using the contact information you provide, within 30 calendar days of drop-off) will be deemed abandoned. Abandoned items become the sole property of Impromptu Success, and we may sell, recycle, donate, or dispose of them to recover unpaid charges and storage costs. No refund, payment, or compensation will be owed to you for any forfeited item, and any balance you owe remains due.
